This picture was taken Day 9 of the Everest Circuit Trek in April 2016 from Kala Pattar peak at 18,500 feet. Everest is the mountain on the left and the sunset was incredible. You can view the glacier that host Everest Base Camp in the bottom left corner of the photo. This trek was an unforgettable experience. To join Inbody Expeditions in Nepal contact Elizabeth and Jon. We partner with a professional Nepalese trekking company and have created an epic yoga trekking adventure. Our next trip is in 2018! Spaces are limited.

The trek begins and ends in Kathmandu. You can explore famous sites like Durbar Square and the Swayambhunath temple (Monkey Temple). Our tour leader, Kumar, hosts us at his hotel during our time in Kathmandu. It is in the heart of the tourist area so you have easy access to plenty of shopping.

This prayer wheel is from the Everest Circuit trek. The symbols represent the universal Buddhist mantra, Om Mani Padme Hum. Although there is no literal translation for this mantra it symbolizes bring love and compassion to all beings. On a Yoga Inbody trek there are numerous ways to purfiy the mind, body and soul. The daily rhythm of trekking smooths out the minds fluctuations and allows you time to contemplate. To enhance your experience, Jon and Elizabeth provide passages and quotes to stimulate an awakening within.

You book your flight to Kathmandu, Nepal.  Kumar with Adventures Trans Himalaya will pick you up from the airport.  The first and last day of the trek incudes a flight from Kathmandu to Lukla. We will be announcing dates of our 2018 Everest Circuit trek soon.
Each night of the trek we stay at a tea house lodge along the trail.  The lodges provide us afternoon tea, dinner and breakfast. For lunch we also stop at lodges.  Since portors carry the overnight guest bags, you only have to carry a small backpack on the trail.
